Getting Here

Hackfalls Arboretum is located at 187 Berry Road, Tiniroto.

Tiniroto is situated on State Highway 36 between Gisborne and Wairoa. The Ruakaka Road is a gravel road of about 20 km that leads from Tiniroto, crossing the Hangaroa River two times, past Donneraille Park and back to State Highway 36.

Berry Road branches off from Ruakaka Road about 1 km outside Tiniroto. Hackfalls Arboretum is about 3km up Berry Road.

Driving distances: Approximately 67km from Gisborne and 40km from Wairoa.
